Returns and Exchanges

Customers can apply to you for a return or exchange method within 7 days of receiving the product. The refund method is the same as the method you paid before.

Please Note: Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Sale and promotional items are excluded and subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

We accept order cancellations prior to product processing. If you cancel your order before this time, you will receive a full refund.

We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

Return/Exchange Conditions

All items must be returned in their original as-sold condition, unworn, washed or altered, with all labels still attached.
All items must be returned with the original box.
All items must be returned in one package.
Returns/exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country the order was originally shipped from, e.g. orders shipped to the US must be returned from the US
Customized items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs will be your responsibility).

Of course, any defective item can be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

If we propose to deny your refund/exchange, you will be notified; you may choose to have the product returned to you at your own expense.


How do I return an item or the entire order?

Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to begin the return process with the following information:

order number
proof of purchase
Videos or photos of malfunctioning products
Step 2: Put the receipt back in the original packaging with the item.


Step 3: Complete all three copies of the return form. Put all copies in a clear envelope and stick it to the package without closing it. Customs requires these documents, so be sure to complete all 3 copies.


Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After the courier checks the return, please close the package properly.

 

Refund

In the case of returns, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. In case of return, artdiys will not refund the shipping cost.


Once your package arrives with us, please allow (generally 7-30 business days (depending on peak times) to process your return. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When After your return is accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
